Even though it wasn’t an official NASCAR Cup Series victory, Brad Keselowski didn’t waste any time putting Roush Fenway Keselowski Racing into victory lane, capturing the win in the first of two Bluegreen Vacations Duels.

Keselowski, who migrated into an ownership role with RFK Racing from Team Penske, held back his former Team Penske teammates in Austin Cindric and Ryan Blaney for the victory, after making a move for the lead with four laps to go.

Chase Briscoe finished in fourth, the last of the cars in the lead pack at the conclusion of the 60-lap event. Chase Elliott led a charge from the second pack, but could only advance to fifth-place. Erik Jones, Kyle Larson, Tyler Reddick, Kurt Busch, and Ross Chastain rounded out the top-10.

Kaz Grala, driving for The Money Team Racing, finished in 18th-place, after incurring a speeding penalty on the race’s only round of pit stops. The 23-year-old was able to latch onto the back of the second pack in the closing laps and make up a massive deficit on JJ Yeley, passing for the transfer position on the final lap.

As a result, both Grala and Noah Gragson will advance to the 2022 Daytona 500, while MBM Motorsports’ second-entry will be headed home, prior to the start of Sunday’s 200-lap event.
