After missing Friday Night’s Corn Belt 150 for the NASCAR Camping world Truck Series at Knoxville Raceway, Michael Annett – the full-time driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports — has once again been sidelined, by what is reported by FOX Sports’ Bob Pockrass to be a leg injury.

Chris Windom Replacing Michael Annett in Friday’s Truck Series Race at Knoxville

2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series Champion, Austin Dillon, will replace Annett as the driver of the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports, solving an hour-long scramble for the organization to find a driver that would be able to fit into Annett’s seat, a search which included the likes of Jordan Anderson and BJ McLeod.

There have been no additional reports regarding the severity of Annett’s leg injury, or his status beyond today’s event at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
