After a successful first full-time season with 2018 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series champion Brett Moffitt, Our Motorsports will bring two full-time cars into the 2021 season.

The news was revealed via the team’s social media page on Twitter.

“We want to build on the momentum that Brett and the Our Motorsports crew provided us in 2020,” said team owner Chris Our. “We’ve moved in a larger shop and are putting the people and equipment in place to be a fixture in the series for years to come.” As reported earlier, Moffitt will return to Our Motorsports as the full-time driver of the car 02 in 2021.”

Two-time XFINITY Series champion Tyler Reddick will take the wheel of the yet to be numbered Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.

”I’m very thankful to Our Motorsports for the opportunity and am looking forward to partnering withBrett to get the a season off to a solid start,” Reddick said in a media release.

Reddick brings a fighting chance to Daytona in February for the team, having won there in a photo finish between former teammate Elliott Sadler and himself in 2018.

Moffitt, who finished his third full-time season in the Truck Series in 2020, scored one win, ten top-10 finishes, and ended the season finishing third in the standings. He will move to a full-time effort for Our Motorsports in the No. 02 Camaro in 2021.

Our Motorsports ran their first full-time season in 2020, with a revolving door of drivers including Moffitt, Patrick Emerling, Jairo Avila Jr., and Andy Lally.

Both Moffitt and Lally scored the best finish for the team in 2020 in the fifth position on three separate occasions, with Lally finishing top-5 twice at both Road America and the Daytona road course.

Sponsorship, number and a driver lineup for the second Our Motorsports entry will be confirmed at a later date.

The NASCAR XFINITY Series season will open with the NASCAR Racing Experience 300 at Daytona International Speedway on Saturday, February 13 at 5:00pm EST on FOX Sports 1.
