Matt Kenseth, “newcomer” to the NASCAR Cup Series in 2020, has found trouble past the halfway point of the Coca-Cola 600. Kenseth, who also had a late-race incident Wednesday at Darlington Raceway, broke loose in Turn No. 2 with twenty-five laps to go in Stage #3 (Note: Coca-Cola 600 has four 100 lap stages)

Matt Kenseth would return to the race with extensive damage, attempting to salvage the best possible finish he could with the No. 42 McDonalds Chevrolet Camaro, but one thing is for sure….. the McDonalds NASCAR Cup Series “curse” will continue.

Kenseth’s incident set up a twenty lap dash for the end of the third of four stages.
