Brett Moffitt and Fr8 Auctions will return to first-year team Our Motorsports when the NASCAR Xfinity Series resumes the 2020 season Tuesday Night at Darlington Raceway (S.C.).

Moffitt was scheduled to run the Fr8 Auctions Chevrolet at Atlanta Motor Speedway in March, before the COVID-19 pandemic forced NASCAR to cancel the race weekend, triggering a nine-week hiatus across the sports’ three national series.

Moffitt ran the first four races of the 2020 season for Our Motorsports, scoring three top-20 finishes, with a best finish of 14th at Auto Club Speedway. Moffitt’s successful runs have left the No. 02 Our Motorsports Chevrolet 18th in Xfinity Series Owners Standings.

Darlington will be Moffitt’s first NASCAR National Series race since a motor cross accident in mid-March, that caused him to fracture both of his legs. He has been medically cleared by NASCAR to race, and will continue to run full-time in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series full-time for GMS Racing, as well as running select events for Our Motorsports in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
