It has been a night to forget for nearly every NASCAR Cup Series Playoff contender in the 2021 Cook Out Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway. Ryan Blaney, who came into this race on a two-race winning streak, is the latest to find issues.
On lap 317, Blaney screamed on his radio, “I have no fucking brakes!”
The No. 12 car then went spinning around and around in turns 3 and 4.

Blaney’s team made repairs to the brake system on his car, but he is now a lap off the pace.
