Video: Kurt Busch Spins Through Grass While Leading in Final Stage at Daytona Road Course

Wow. When leading a race in the final stage, it is less than ideal to go spinning through the grass. I guess, no matter what spot you’re in and no matter what lap it is, it’s less than ideal. Regardless, Kurt Busch saw his lead evaporate in Sunday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 253 at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course, when he clipped a rumble strip, that sent him careening into the grass.

The excursion into the grass ended with a long spin, which saw Busch fall outside the top-20 in the running order.

Moments after this incident, Busch made contact with Brad Keselowski, who has had a horrible day at the Daytona Road Course, to send Keselowski spinning around.
