Jake Garcia earned his first career pole in qualifying for Friday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Black’s Tire 200 at Rockingham Speedway. Chandler Smith will start second with Ben Rhodes, Connor Mosack, and Layne Riggs rounding out the top-five.
