Chase Briscoe navigated his fuel tank, which was dwindling in the closing laps, perfectly as he took home his first win as a driver for Joe Gibbs Racing in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series event at Pocono Raceway.
Briscoe held off his Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Denny Hamlin for the race win. Hamlin was followed by Ryan Blaney, Chris Buescher, and Chase Elliott inside the top-five.
