Holy race implications, Batman. While battling for the race lead on lap 63 of Saturday’s NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Toyota 200 at Gateway, Grant Enfinger made contact with Chandler Smith.

The contact sent both drivers spinning, and Enfinger backed his No. 23 GMS Racing truck hard into the outside wall.

Here is video of the incident between Smith and Enfinger:

Smith was able to avoid damage and stayed on the lead lap despite the accident. However, Enfinger’s chances at victory immediately evaporated as he eased into the outside wall.
