Tate Fogleman, who had competed in the opening 11 races of the 2022 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season with On Point Motorsports in the No. 30 entry, will move into the No. 26 truck for Rackley W.A.R. Racing at Nashville Superspeedway this weekend.

Rackley W.A.R. confirmed the news in a press release on Monday. According to a render of the truck, Fogleman will have sponsorship from Dickies, Rackley Roofing, WAR Shocks, Realtree, CamoSpace and more for the event.

Fogleman, 22, will join Matt DiBenedetto, Rackley W.A.R.’s full-time competitor in the No. 25 truck as a teammate. Fogleman says he is excited to get behind the wheel for the Nashville-based team at their hometrack.

“I am looking forward to the opportunity to drive for Rackley W.A.R. at Nashville Superspeedway,” Fogleman said in the release. “Curtis Sutton and Willie Allen have built something special and have put the right people in place to be successful. The team has been competitive all year, and I look forward to continuing the success they have had and make the most of this opportunity. It’s going to be special for the City of Nashville, the home track for Rackley W.A.R. The environment of the city is like no other place.”

The team, which fielded a second truck in a few races in 2021, is excited to get back to a two-truck operation this weekend.

“We are definitely excited to run the second truck with Tate Fogleman at Nashville,” Willie Allen, co-owner of the team said. “This gives our team the opportunity to gather in-race data with a second entry and Tate brings an experience level to the team that we feel presents a great opportunity for us to run really well for the Rackley Roofing 200 with Tate and Matt.”

While the upstart team has yet to reach victory lane in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series competition, yet, the team has been zeroing in on victory lane with DiBenedetto behind the wheel this season. Through the opening 13 races of the 2022 season, DiBenedetto has scored six top-10 finishes and sits 12th in the championship standings.

Fogleman, who scored a victory in the NCWTS event at Talladega last fall, will look to add more to his resume this weekend.

Rackley W.A.R. did not state whether there would be any additional races run for the No. 26 truck this season, and aside from this one race with Fogleman, there has been no confirmation of more with the team for the driver.
