Sage Karam, a nine-time starter of the Indianapolis 500, will add another four races to his NASCAR Xfinity Series schedule in 2022, announcing Monday that he’ll join Our Motorsports to pilot the No. 02 Chevrolet Camaro starting at Bristol.

The 27-year-old will compete in Friday’s Food City 300 from the half-mile oval, before also continuing with the organization at Charlotte’s ROVAL (10/08), Las Vegas (10/15), and Homestead (10/22).

Scheduled to make his 12th Xfinity Series start in Friday’s 300-lap contest, Karam boasts a top-five result from Daytona International Speedway, two weeks ago, when he brought the No. 44 Chevrolet Camaro home in fifth place.

In his seven Xfinity Series starts this season, all for Alpha Prime Racing, Karam has recorded top-20 finishes in the four events he’s been running at the finish in, including a pair of top-15s at Indianapolis and Daytona.
