Video: Parker Retzlaff and Ryan Sieg Exchange Heated Words After Late-Race Incident

Parker Retzlaff and Ryan Sieg got into a shouting match on pit road following Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Zip Buy Now, Pay Later 250 at Sonoma Raceway. The two drivers got together on track with a few laps remaining while battling for a potential top-10 finish.

As the two were going down the frontstretch, Sieg applied the door of his No. 39 machine to the side of Retzlaff’s car.

Sieg had gotten around Retzlaff, but Retzlaff didn’t agree with the methods of which Sieg took the position, and a turn later, Retzlaff returned the favor with a shot to the right rear of Sieg’s No. 39 machine. The contact sent Sieg spinning out of contention.

Here is a video of the incident, which caused the hard feelings between Sieg and Retzlaff in post-race.

Retzlaff would go on to record an 11th-place finish, while Sieg would narrowly escape with a top-20 finish.

While no fists were thrown, it definitely seems like both Retzlaff and Sieg will not be inviting each other to any home barbecues any time soon.
