Brandon Jones has put down the time, which was good enough for the 19th-quickest speed in final Xfinity Series practice for Saturday’s CTECH Manufacturing 180, but then things went way wrong.
Jones lost control of his No. 19 Toyota Supra and went head on into the wall. The damage was severe and he will certainly go to a backup car for the race.
