As NASCAR makes its return to Iowa Speedway for the track’s first-ever NASCAR Cup Series event, Ross Chastain is seeking extra on-track time, in the form of the NASCAR Xfinity Series.

Chastain, a full-time competitor in the NASCAR Cup Series for Trackhouse Racing, will join forces with DGM Racing to compete in the Hy-Vee Perks 250 at the 0.875-mile short track, piloting the No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro.

Rich Mar Florist, a long-time supporter of various drivers, teams, and racetracks across the United States, will serve as the primary marketing partner of the No. 92 Chevrolet Camaro for the event.

“I would like to thank everyone who had a hand in making this happen,” said Jonathan Morrissey, owner of Rich Mar Florist. “Ross and his family know that generations of hard work pay off and our family could not be more excited about welcoming one of NASCAR’s most popular drivers to our racing family. Fans are going to love the scheme, the crew shirts, and the firesuit. This is going to be exciting for all involved for sure.”

The Alva, Florida native is a four-time winner in the NASCAR Cup Series and a two-time winner in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, scoring his most recent victory in the second-tier series in 2019, driving for Kaulig Racing.

“In addition to racing for small teams throughout my career, partnering with a family-oriented organization is something that makes me feel at home,” Chastain shares. “Being able to contribute to DGM Racing’s continued growth is something I take pride in each time I strap in.”

Rich Mar Florist has been a major supporter of DGM Racing, including the sponsorship of numerous drivers like Kyle Weatherman, Josh Bilicki, Mason Massey, Garrett Smithley, and now Ross Chastain.

While Rich Mar Florist has been featured as an associate sponsor several times over the last few seasons, they’ve partnered with both Mason Massey (Pocono) and Garrett Smithley (Charlotte) as primary sponsors.

In addition to partnering on the track, Rich Mar Florist has been a big part of our drivers’ lives outside of racing as well. During the off-season, Rich Mar Florist worked with the Weatherman and Bilicki families to provide floral arrangements at both of their wedding ceremonies.

“The creativity and enthusiasm Rich Mar Florist brings to the table when partnering is something our team always looks forward to, and then to combine that with the momentum from years past that Ross brings sets us up for a winning combination,” said team owner, Mario Gosselin. “We’re incredibly thankful to have sponsors that continue supporting not only our team and drivers, but the sport of racing as a whole and us in our everyday lives.”

While driving for DGM Racing, Chastain has matched the organization’s best finish of fourth-place on two occasions, in only nine starts with the team. Chastain also holds the team’s best-ever starting spot, to date.

As things stand, Iowa is set to mark Chastain’s first NASCAR Xfinity Series start of the year, after the driver was ruled out of Dover due to not meeting eligibility requirements (being a Cup Series driver in a Dash4Cash Race).
