It was a scary trip to the race track for Gray Gaulding, one that included his flight making an emergency landing for what appeared to be an allergic reaction for the 21-year old driver.
After NASCAR’s medical team could not clear Gaulding to compete on Friday, his fate for driving in the race rested on a Saturday morning check up in the infield care center.
Gaulding passed, and has been cleared to compete in the NASCAR Xfinity Series Kansas Lottery 300 on Saturday.
Super pumped to announce that #NASCAR has cleared me to compete in the #KSL300 today. Thanks to everyone who has reached out with their support over the last 24 hours, it means so much ???
