Mason Maggio, a part-time competitor in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, is set to join forces with DGM Racing for the first time in Saturday’s United Rentals 250 at Talladega Superspeedway.

A native of Palm Beach Garden, Florida, Maggio will get behind the wheel of the No. 91 Chevrolet in Saturday’s 250-miler from the iconic 2.66-mile superspeedway located in Talladega, Alabama.

Sponsorship for this weekend’s effort at Talladega will come via Denssi Energy Pouches. Denssi, a clean, convenient energy alternative, has been a multi-race partner of Maggio throughout the 2025 NASCAR season, in both the Xfinity and Truck Series.

Denssi Energy Pouches are small, caffeine-infused pouches that are crafted to boost stamina, focus, and alertness — all characteristics that Maggio will use when he’s behind the wheel of the No. 91 Chevrolet at Talladega. Tobacco and sugar-free, the company offers a clean, convenient energy alternative in six bold flavors. Designed for discretion and ease, they’re the perfect way to stay energized anytime, anywhere.

“I’m excited to be working with DGM Racing at Talladega,” said Maggio. “The Gosselin family has built up a fantastic operation, and it’s been a long time coming for us to finally partner together for a race. Looking forward to working with everyone on the No. 91 crew and representing amazing partners as we aim towards putting together a great result.”

The 21-year-old driver has amassed 44 starts across NASCAR’s National Series in his career — 18 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and 26 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. This season, in two trips to the similar-style Daytona International Speedway, Maggio has earned a pair of 15th-place finishes, one in February driving the No. 4 Chevrolet Silverado for Hettinger Racing, and one in August driving the No. 35 Chevrolet for Joey Gase Motorsports.

Maggio joins a long list of drivers who have gotten behind the wheel of a DGM Racing entry during the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series campaign, which includes full-timer Ryan Ellis, Josh Bilicki, Myatt Snider, C.J. McLaughlin, Jesse Iwuji, Andres Perez de Lara, Josh Williams, Natalie Decker, and Leland Honeyman.

Before the start of Sunday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs event at Talladega Superspeedway, Maggio has made one previous start at the racetrack in the second-tier series, finishing 22nd in the Spring at the racetrack with MBM Motorsports.

The United Rentals 250 at Talladega Superspeedway will take place on Saturday, October 18 at 4:00 PM ET on The CW. Radio coverage of the event will be on the Motor Racing Network (MRN) and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
