2000 NASCAR Xfinity Series champion Jeff Green will return to the race track in 2020 following shoulder surgery, which sidelined him in the second half of the 2019 season.

Green, 57, will return to the No. 38 machine for RSS Racing in the season-opening NXS event at Daytona International Speedway. Green will have sponsorship from C2 Freight Resources.

Green is a 16-time winner in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and he scored a pair of seventh-place finishes for RSS Racing at Daytona a year ago.
