Post-race technical inspection following Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Contender Boats 250 at Homestead-Miami Speedway has been completed.

Myatt Snider’s race-winning No. 2 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet Camaro has passed. As a result, NASCAR has declared Snider the official winner of the race. This marks Snider’s first-career NASCAR Xfinity Series victory in 36 starts.

Snider also becomes the second-consecutive first-time winner in the series following Ty Gibbs’ win last week at the Daytona International Speedway Road Course.

Tyler Reddick’s runner-up No. 23 Chevrolet Camaro failed post-race inspection. The car was too low in inspection. Reddick and the No. 23 RSS Racing team have been disqualified and will be credited with a last-place finish.

The No. 8 car of Josh Berry, No. 16 of AJ Allmendinger, No. 19 of Brandon Jones and No. 51 of Jeremy Clements were all found to have one unsecured lug nut. This will result in a monetary fine for each of their crew chiefs.

No other issues were discovered in post-race inspection, which means that all results and standings following this event are now considered official.
