Post-race technical inspection following Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series Steakhouse Elite 200 at Darlington Raceway has officially been completed.

Justin Allgaier’s race-winning No. 7 JR Motorsports | Good Humor Ice Cream Chevrolet Camaro has passed inspection, meaning NASCAR has declared him the official winner of the event. This is Allgaier’s second win 2021, and his 16th-career NASCAR Xfinity Series victory.

Noah Gragson’s No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro has failed post-race inspection and will forfeit his fourth-place finish, as well as the $100,000 Dash4Cash bonus – which will now be awarded to AJ Allmendinger and Kaulig Racing. Gragson’s No. 9 was found to be in violation of Section 20.14.c of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Rulebook:

“All suspension mounts and mounting hardware must not allow movement or realignment of any suspension and/or drivetrain component beyond normal rotation or suspension and/or drivetrain travel.”

As a result of this disqualification, Daniel Hemric will finish fourth, with Jeremy Clements rounding out the top-five finishers. Michael Annett, Brett Moffitt, Ryan Sieg, Alex Labbe  and Harrison Burton will round out the top-10.

Jeb Burton (No. 10), AJ Allmendinger (No. 16) and Tommy Joe Martins (No. 44) each had a single lug nut not secured, which will result in a monetary fine, which will be announced at the start of next week.
