AJ Allmendinger emerged victorious in an absolutely wild NASCAR Xfinity Series Tennessee Lottery 250 at Nashville Superspeedway on Saturday afternoon. The win was made official after Allmendinger’s race-winning No. 10 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet Camaro passed post-race inspection.

This victory marks the 17th win of Allmendinger’s NASCAR Xfinity Series career, and it came in his 96th career start. The 41-year-old racer now has two wins in three NASCAR Xfinity Series starts in 2023.

By having multiple wins in 2023, Allmendinger has now recorded multiple NASCAR Xfinity Series victories in each of the last four seasons.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results and standings following Saturday’s race are now considered official.

Riley Herbst officially recorded a runner-up finish, the third of his career. Herbst, who pilots the No. 98 Ford Mustang for Stewart-Haas Racing is still in search of his first NASCAR Xfinity Series win.

Sam Mayer finished third, Austin Hill came home fourth despite being involved in a couple of accidents on the day and Josh Berry snagged a top-five finish on the week that he was announced as the newest member of the Stewart-Haas Racing NASCAR Cup Series team, where he’ll move in 2024.
