After a wacky start to the 2024 season at Daytona International Speedway on Monday, the NASCAR Xfnity Series is prepared to travel to Atlanta Motor Speedway for a second consecutive superspeedway-type event to start the year.
On Monday, NASCAR released the preliminary entry list for the 2024 RAPTOR King of Tough 250, the second race of the season for the NASCAR Xfinity Series, set to take place on Saturday, February 24 at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Georgia.
With only 38 cars on the preliminary entry list for the 250-mile contest, everybody currently entered in the event will get the take the green flag on Saturday — barring any late entries to the second race of 2024.
Austin Hill will look to continue his dominance on the superspeedways in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 21 Bennett Transportation Chevrolet Camaro for Richard Childress Racing in the event. The hometown driver will look to score his second straight win in the second-tier series, after winning the season-opener at Daytona on Monday.
