Dawson Cram, a full-time competitor for JD Motorsports in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, will further expand upon his partnership with Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, known for its famous deep dish pizza, for the 2024 NASCAR season, starting this weekend at Phoenix Raceway.
With the continuation of this partnership, Cram will be bringing Lou Malnati’s into NASCAR on Saturday, March 9, providing race fans with the opportunity to win some iconic Lou’s Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza, swag, and more.
“I’m so excited to continue my partnership with Lou Malnati’s into 2024. They are truly an incredible brand and it helps when they have the best deep dish in the country,” said Cram, driver of the No. 4 Chevrolet. “I can’t wait to enjoy Lou’s at one of their nationwide locations and at home with Lou’s delivery from Taste of Chicago for the perfect food to eat while watching the race.”
In conjunction with Friday’s partnership announcement, Cram will be visiting Lou Malnati’s location in Phoenix, Arizona (100 East Camelback Road) on Friday, March 8th at 7:30 PM for a meet-and-greet event.
If you’re not from the Chicago-area, Lou Malnati’s also has locations based in Phoenix, Indianapolis, and Milwaukee. Additionally, race fans can order online at one of Lou’s locations or ship famous deep-dish pizza nationwide via Tastes of Chicago, which allows users to bring home iconic eats.
“We’re excited to partner with Dawson Cram and share the deep dish experience with him and NASCAR fans nationwide,” said Marc Malnati, owner of Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria. “As race fans visit the Valley, we’re honored to serve them our authentic deep-dish pizza at any of our Lou Malnati’s Phoenix locations. We’re looking forward to watching Dawson and the other drivers race at the NASCAR Xfinity Series and we’re revved up to be part of it.”
Cram, 22, is a multi-year veteran of the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, making a total of 46 starts between the two series. This season, the Mooresville, North Carolina native was selected as a full-time driver in the Xfinity Series for JD Motorsports, where he’ll pilot the No. 4 Chevrolet.
In the second-tier series, Cram recorded a career-best 19th-place result in last November’s event at Phoenix Raceway, driving the No. 07 for SS-GreenLight Racing, the driver’s first-ever top-20 result in the series. In the NASCAR Truck Series, Cram has a career-best of 13th at Martinsville in 2019.
Lou Malnati’s has eight different locations in the Phoenix area, including Arcadia, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Mesa, Phoenix, and Scottsdale.
