Chase Briscoe, the driver who has had unquestionably the fastest car on the track all race long, has lost his chance to take the win in the Production Alliance 300 at Auto Club Speedway with 25 Laps to Go.

Briscoe (No. 98) had gotten into the wall upwards of six or seven times throughout the race, and finally Briscoe lost control, spinning off of Turn No. 4.

Briscoe was having previous voltage problems, making it extremley hard to get his car refired, and would ultimatley lose a lap.

The Production Alliance 300 will resume with about twenty laps to go with Harrison Burton and Riley Herbst leading the field. The second half of the race has taken a turn for the chaotic, featuring six cautions in the third stage, compared to two in the first two stages.
