Brandon Jones’ No. 19 Erupts into Flames at The Indianapolis Road Course

Brandon Jones was hoping to wait until later tonight to light the BBQ in celebration of Independence Day, but after a mechanical issue on Jones’ No. 19 Toyota Service Centers Toyota Supra ERUPTED into flames late in the going in stage two, triggering a two-lap shootout for the stage victory.

Jones would be done for the day, marking two straight DNF’s for the Joe Gibbs Racing driver after a lap-one crash last weekend at Pocono.
