Weather willing, the NASCAR National Series Olympic Break will officially come to an end on Saturday, August 10 at Richmond Raceway. The NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is set to practice, qualify, and race its 250-mile Clean Harbors 250 at the 0.750-mile short track on Saturday.

Carson Hocevar, the defending winner of this race, will not compete in this event as he is now a NASCAR Cup Series Rookie of the Year contender. Ty Majeski, who won the most recent NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series event and was runner-up in this race a year ago, will be one of the favorites to win Saturday night’s race.

Of Majeski’s four NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series wins, three have come on short tracks. While he has never won at Richmond, Majeski has started from the pole in both of his starts at the track and he has never finished worse than third.

Saturday’s action is scheduled to begin with Clean Harbors 250 practice at 2:30 PM ET on FS1. Qualifying will take place immediately after at 3 PM ET on FS1. The NASCAR Truck Series race broadcast is set to kick off at 7:30 PM ET on FS1.

The NASCAR Cup Series will take to the track for practice and qualifying at Richmond Raceway on Saturday afternoon, but those sessions will not be televised over the air. They will be available to be streamed from the NBC Sports App. Cup practice will begin at 4:30 PM ET and qualifying is set to begin at 5:35 PM ET.

But that’s not all of the racing action in store for us on Saturday night! The ARCA Menards Series West will be in action at Tri-City Raceway in Washington.

Greg Biffle, a NASCAR Hall of Fame nominee, will be in the field as he’ll pilot the No. 23 Sigma Performance Racing Chevrolet. The NAPA Auto Care 150 at Tri-City will begin at 10:30 PM ET on FloRacing.
