Tuesday, images of the Copp Motorsports team hauler being for sale surfaced on Twitter. This set off a storm of rumors on Twitter about the race team.

TobyChristie.com has reached out to Copp to see if he is leaving the sport and he sent back a statement.

It looks like Copp is stepping away until costs in the sport get under better control. Once that happens he feels that he could purchase assets to reboot his team.

Copp’s NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series team started 50 races over a three year stretch (2017-2019).

Copp’s team scored a best finish of 10th twice. Once with Bayley Currey behind the wheel and once with Nick Hoffman behind the wheel.
