Todd Peck, a long-time part-time competitor in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series and NASCAR XFINITY Series, will return part-time to the Truck Series in 2020.
According to a team press release, Peck will return to the high banks of Daytona piloting his No. 96 Holla Spirits Chevrolet Silverado in the season opening Next Era Energy Resources 250 for his own team, Peck Motorsports.
Peck, a Glenville, Pennsylvania native, has landed a deal with Pennsylvania-based company Holla Spirits, to adorn his No. 96 Chevrolet at the historic Daytona International Speedway, next Friday Night.
Not only does Peck share a local connection with the brand, but he and Patrick Shorb, owner and founder of Holla Spirits were also diagnosed with the childhood diseases. Peck was diagnosed with juvenile arthritis, while Shorb has Fabry and Charcot Marie-Tooth disease. The two will look to raise awareness for these two diseases through their partnership.
Not only will peck attempt to qualify for Daytona, but a team representative has confirmed to TobyChristie.com that Peck Motorsports will attempt to qualify for an additional five to six races throughout the season dependent on sponsorship and funding, including Peck’s home race at Pocono.
