Sage Karam will make his fifth NASCAR Xfinity Series start of the 2024 season, and his fourth with Sam Hunt Racing, as he slides behind the wheel of the team’s No. 26 Toyota GR Supra this weekend in The Loop 110 at the Chicago Street Course.
Karam’s No. 26 machine will feature a bold red and black paint scheme, and a new primary sponsorship partner in Colture Sports, which is a sports management company which has ties in the basketball and football worlds. The company is excited to extend into NASCAR with this partnership with Karam and Sam Hunt Racing.

According to a press release from the team, the goal for Colture Sports with the Sam Hunt Racing partnership is for the company to help break down barriers and create opportunities for drivers from diverse backgrounds to excel in the sport of NASCAR. Sam Hunt Racing team owner Sam Hunt echoes that mission statement.

Karam’s best finish in his four NASCAR Xfinity Series starts this season was a 17th-place result with Sam Hunt Racing at Circuit of the Americas in March. In 29 career starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the 29-year-old racer has collected two top-five finishes, which came at Daytona International Speedway in 2022, and Road America in 2023.
The Pennsylvania native competed in the Inaugural NASCAR Xfinity Series Street Race at Chicago, which was shortened to just 25 laps due to weather last season. In that race, Karam started 11th and finished 22nd driving for Alpha Prime Racing.
