There are 38 cars on the preliminary entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway, the 16th race in the 36-race 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.

With up to 40 cars being permitted to start in each NASCAR Cup Series event, no drivers or teams will go home following this week’s qualifying session.

Austin Cindric, who won last weekend’s NASCAR Cup Series event at World Wide Technology Raceway, will return this weekend in the No. 2 Team Penske Ford Mustang Dark Horse with primary sponsorship from America’s Tire.

There will be two “Open” entries this weekend, or cars that do not have a Team Charter. Those two cars will be the No. 33 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 driven by Australian Supercars racer Will Brown. The other will be the No. 60 RFK Racing Ford Mustang Dark Horse driven by Australian Supercars racer Cam Waters. Both drivers will be making their NASCAR Cup Series debuts this weekend.

Additional notable entries include Kaz Grala, who returns to the No. 15 Rick Ware Racing Ford Mustang after a week absense as Cody Ware was in the car at Gateway. AJ Allmendinger will pilot the No. 16 Kaulig Racing Chevrolet Camaro ZL1.
