There are 39 trucks on the preliminary entry list for Friday’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Rackley Roofing 200 at Nashville Superspeedway, the 13th race of the 23-race 2024 season.
With up to 36 trucks being permitted to start races in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series each week, three drivers and teams will go home following this week’s qualifying session.
Corey Heim, who won the series’ last event, which took place at World Wide Technology Raceway four weeks ago, will return this weekend in the No. 11 TRICON Garage Toyota Tundra TRD Pro with primary sponsorship from Safelite. The Marietta, Georgia native is looking for his fifth win of the 2024 NASCAR Truck Series season.
Among the notable entries for this weekend is Frankie Muniz, who will be attempting to make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut in the No. 22 Reaume Brothers Racing Ford F-150. Muniz, the actor turned race car driver, has competed in two NASCAR Xfinity Series races this year for Joey Gase Motorsports, both of which ended in DNFs.
Muniz hasn’t competed in any intermediate oval races in the NASCAR National Series yet in his career, but he has run well at that style of track in the ARCA Menards Series. In three ARCA starts on intermediates, Muniz has recorded two top-10 finishes.
