There are 38 drivers on the preliminary entry list for Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series Wurth 400 at Texas Motor Speedway, the 11th race of the 36-race NASCAR Cup Series season.

With up to 40 cars being permitted to start in the NASCAR Cup Series, no drivers or teams will go home at the conclusion of this week’s qualifying session.

Austin Cindric, who won last week’s race at Talladega Superspeedway, will return this weekend in the No. 2 Team Penske Ford Mustang Dark Horse with primary sponsorship from Discount Tire.

There are two “Open” entries on the list this week, including the No. 62 Beard Motorsports Chevrolet, and the No. 66 Garage 66 Ford. Jesse Love will pilot the Beard entry, while Chad Finchum will compete in the Garage 66 entry.
