Yahoo, a global media and technology company reaching over 900 million people across the world, has entered into a multi-year partnership with Toyota Racing Development (TRD) to serve as an official partner of the program.

As part of the agreement between the two parties, Yahoo will see primary sponsorship opportunities realized with Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR), Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM), Venturini Motorsports (VMS), and Keith Kunz Motorsports (KKM).

“At Yahoo, we connect people to their passions with the content and experiences that fuel their day,” said Iván Markman, Chief Business Officer at Yahoo. “We’re excited to work with TRD this year, and look forward to seeing the Yahoo brand at high speed.”

Christopher Bell will debut the colors of Yahoo in Saturday’s Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 400 at Martinsville Speedway, with the company returning to sponsor the third-year driver at Charlotte, Road America, Darlington, and Bristol.

Kyle Busch will also carry the colors in his fifth and final NASCAR Camping World Truck Series event of the season, driving the No. 51 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro at Sonoma Raceway.

Through the Toyota Driver Development program, Yahoo will also play a role in the sponsorship of John Hunter Nemechek, Jesse Love, and Kaylee Bryson. Nemechek will compete in a Yahoo-sponsored entry at Pocono and Indianapolis Raceway Park.

Love will have Yahoo on board his No. 20 Toyota Camry in five ARCA Menards Series events, while Bryson will compete in the Yahoo midget in 18 races.

“Yahoo is an iconic brand, and we are thrilled to align TRD with them,” said Jack Irving, group manager, commercial, TRD. “Yahoo and TRD are very excited about the future of this program, and we are ready to showcase them across several of Toyota’s racing disciplines this season.”

The company joins a long list of official partners for Toyota Racing Development, which include long-time supporters Mobil 1, JBL, and Safelite Auto Glass, along with Crescent Tools, announced earlier this year.
