Worldwide Express, which debuted as a sponsor in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2022, will return to Trackhouse Racing in an expanded capacity in 2023, the two-car organization announced on Thursday.

The company, which served as a primary sponsor for a combined 11 NASCAR Cup Series events in 2022, will nearly double its commitment to Trackhouse Racing, Ross Chastain, and Daniel Suarez in 2023, serving as primary sponsor in a combined 21 events.

“I think race fans are really going to like the new clean look of our WWEX Racing Chevrolet this year. They are certainly going to see a lot of it in the upcoming races,” said Ross Chastain. “We came together last year and it just clicked from the start between me, Trackhouse, and Worldwide Express. We had a lot of great fortune with the No. 1 team.”

“The program is so much stronger this year thanks to Worldwide Express and all of our partners, and we are ready to continue the momentum,” Chastain continued. “The WWEX group sees the powerful business-to-business platform that we have created, and we are ready to score some big wins on and off the track.”

Worldwide Express will make its debut on Ross Chastain’s No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro in the Busch Light Clash at the LA Memorial Coliseum on February 5, before sponsoring Chastain in 18 other NASCAR Cup Series events. The company will also serve as a two-race primary sponsor of Daniel Suarez’s No. 99.

Since its debut with Trackhouse Racing in May, Worldwide Express has even further expanded its presence in NASCAR, including a full-season sponsorship of Carson Hocevar and Niece Motorsports in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for 2023.

Additionally, Worldwide Express has become an Official Partner of NASCAR and a race entitlement partner at Richmond Raceway, securing official logistics partner status.

“We are proud to partner with Trackhouse Racing,” said Mike Grayson, executive vice president of Worldwide Express, GlobalTranz, and Unishippers. “Trackhouse was the most exciting team in 2022 and we believe that will continue into 2023. We have built deep business connections within the sport thanks to the Trackhouse team, and we look forward to watching more fans interact with each of the WWEX brands throughout the season.”

Both Chastain and Suarez are coming off of a breakout season in the NASCAR Cup Series, having both secured their first victories at NASCAR’s top level. Between the two up-and-coming drivers, they secured three wins, 21 top-five, and 34 top-10 finishes, while both finishing top-10 in points.
