Video: “The Big One” Makes a Special Appearance at Martinsville, At Least 15 Cars Involved in Final Stage Melee

What in the world just happened…..

Kyle Busch (No. 18) and Chris Buescher (No. 17) made contact exiting the second turn at Martinsville Speedway, spinning both of their cars in front of the majority of the field. After that, multiple cars piled in and came barreling into the accident, collecting at least 15 cars.

Kurt Busch (No. 1), Brad Keselowski (No. 2), James Davison (No. 15), Chris Buescher (No. 17), Kyle Busch (No. 18), Matt DiBenedetto (No. 21), Michael McDowell (No. 34), Ryan Preece (No. 37), Anthony Alfredo (No. 38), Cole Custer (No. 38), Erik Jones (No. 43), Alex Bowman (No. 48), Cody Ware (No. 51), Justin Haley (No. 77) and Daniel Suarez (No. 99) all got some sort of damage in the multi-car accident.

Preece, Haley, Bowman, Keselowski, Suarez and McDowell were all immediately forced to retire from the race, joining Corey LaJoie in the garage.
