Video: Noah Gragson Done for the Day After Crashing Into Backstretch Wall

Noah Gragson, who has had a really good 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season for Stewart-Haas Racing, saw his bid to win the Coca-Cola 600 come to an early end.

On Lap 171, Gragson lost control on the exit of Turn 2, and collided with the inside wall on the backstretch. According to Gragson, he received contact from Ricky Stenhouse Jr.’s No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro to trigger the crash.

Gragson’s car slammed nose-first, and the impact caused damage that was too significant for his team to repair. For Gragson, this will be just his second DNF of the season, and it’ll be his first since Atlanta Motor Speedway, the second race of the year.
