A difficult weekend for Kyle Busch has come to an end at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, after pounding the wall at the end of the race’s first stage.

After an extremely difficult weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, Kyle Busch will come home with a last-place finish in Monday’s Crayon 301, after crashing his No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro right at the end of the race’s first stage.

Busch was running in 27th at the time of the incident, which happened when the Richard Childress Racing driver lost traction entering the first corner, smacking the outside wall in turn one with the right rear of his Richard Childress Racing entry.

The two-time champion of the NASCAR Cup Series has already had a very difficult weekend at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, with two separate incidents happening before the start of Monday’s Crayon 301.

In practice, Busch slapped the wall at the exit of the second corner, causing damage to his Lenovo-sponsored entry, before coming into the second round of qualifying, where he backed his car into the outside wall there, too.

A couple of cars behind Busch, was another driver who fell victim to the 1.058-mile facility, Corey LaJoie, who slapped the outside wall in the same place as the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro. However, LaJoie was able to return to the track and clear minimum speed.

Shortly after clearing minimum speed, though, LaJoie had issues with the suspension on his No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro, which forced him to go to the garage. However, LaJoie would be able to return to the race, should they get the issue fixed.
