WHAT A FINISH!?!?!?!
Daniel Suarez is the winner of Sunday’s Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, narrowly edging out defending series champion Ryan Blaney and two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch to score his second career victory.
Suarez, the driver of the No. 99 Chevrolet for Trackhouse Racing, was sitting in position to challenge for the victory when Kyle Busch shot the gap down the backstretch on the final lap, making it a three-wide situation through the final set of corners, setting up an amazing finish.
The margin of victory at the start-finish line was 0.003 seconds from Daniel Suarez to Ryan Blaney, with third-place finisher Kyle Busch sitting just 0.007 seconds behind the eventual winner in the Monterrey, Mexico native.
