The big one atlanta
A 14-car big one erupted on lap 145 in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta when Tyler Reddick cut a tire and spun from third spot.

Tyler Reddick has had a fast car in just about every race this season, and he has had atrocious luck all season long. The trend continued in Sunday’s Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway as he cut a right rear tire while running third on lap 145.

This sent Reddick spinning into Kurt Busch and a massive group of cars, that had nowhere else to go piled into the crash.

Here is the big one:

In all, 14 cars were involved. The 14 drivers in the melee were: Joey Logano, Kyle Larson, Tyler Reddick, Corey LaJoie, Austin Cindric, Harrison Burton, Kurt Busch, Denny Hamlin, Michael McDowell, Alex Bowman, Todd Gilliland, Christopher Bell, Daniel Suarez and Cole Custer.

Kevin Harvick, somehow missed the crash, here is his view of Reddick’s spin:

Here is video from Daniel Suarez’s onboard camera:
