Tyler Reddick will be doing some extra-curricular racing this week as he’ll compete in the Granite State Pro Stock Series Keen Parts 150 at Lee USA Speedway on Friday, July 15th.

Reddick will be piloting the No. 8 Keen Parts machine, which will be fielded by former NASCAR Cup Series team Go Fas Racing, as he chases the $10,000 winner prize.

Keen Parts shared a render of what Reddick’s car will look like on Friday.

The race will boast an entry list of more than 24 entries including Reddick’s NASCAR spotter Derek Kneeland, who is a notable short track racer in his own right. This will be Kneeland’s first start in the Granite State Pro Stock Series since 2017, according to a preview of the event from the series.

But if Reddick or Kneeland want any shot of snagging the $10,000 payday, they are more than likely going to have to deal with Joey Doiron, who is the series points leader as Doiron won the Granite State Derby at Lee USA Speedway back in May and he’s been having a great season.

It’ll be interesting to see if one of the local heroes like Doiron can defeat the NASCAR Cup Series star on Friday night. Qualifying for the Keen Parts 150 starts at 6:00 PM ET on Friday, and the feature event will take place after a packed night of racing action at the 0.375-mile oval.

The race will be broadcast on Racing America and according to a release from the track, tickets are available for purchase at the gate for the event.

Reddick has been a hot commodity lately. The 26-year old driver scored his first-career NASCAR Cup Series victory a couple of weeks ago in the Kwik Trip 250 at Road America. Then, on Tuesday, Reddick announced he would be moving from Richard Childress Racing to 23XI Racing for the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season.
