On Tuesday, NASCAR released post-event penalty report following the weekend’s action at Phoenix Raceway. As expected, Brad Keselowski and Daniel Suarez will be without their crew chiefs this weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway after their cars were found to have two unsecured lug nuts at the end of Sunday’s Cup Series race.

Jeremy Bullins, Keselowski’s crew chief, and Travis Mack, Suarez’s crew chief, have each been fined $20,000 and suspended for this weekend’s race.

Additionally, NASCAR announced an indefinite suspension for Jonathan Stewart, who is an engineer for the No. 21 GMS Racing team in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Stewart was suspended by the sanctioning body for a violation of NASCAR’s Substance Abuse Police (Section 19) and Section 12.1.

Several NASCAR Cup Series crew chiefs also were fined for a single unsecured lug nut on their cars after the race in Phoenix.

Matt McCall, who serves as Kurt Busch’s crew chief, Ben Beshore, who serves as Kyle Busch’s crew chief and Ryan “Rudy” Fugle, who serves as William Byron’s crew chief were each fined $10,000 for those infractions.

No penalties stemmed from the NASCAR Xfinity Series race this past weekend.
