Television Ratings Up Slightly for Las Vegas Cup Series Race

There is huge debate going on through social media about whether NASCAR’s new rule package produced a better product in Sunday’s Pennzoil 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but one thing that isn’t debatable: the ratings for this race were up slightly from 2018.

This year’s race earned a 2.9 overnight rating compared to a 2.8 from 2018. That equates to a 4-percent increase. For what it’s worth, this race earned a 3.3 rating in 2017.
