After several miscues on pit road over the opening nine races of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, Team Penske has made a change to the No. 12 pit crew for driver Ryan Blaney. Ryan “Skip” Flores, who was on Blaney’s 2023 NASCAR Cup Series championship team, will be swapped with Keiston France, who had been serving as the Front Changer for Zane Smith’s No. 38 Front Row Motorsports team.

Flores will move to the Front Changer position on Smith’s No. 38 team.

The changes have been made effective immediately, and each crew member will be with their new team in the next NASCAR Cup Series event, which is the Jack Link’s 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday, April 27.

Front Row Motorsports confirmed to Racing America On SI that the No. 38 team will also have a new Jack Man starting with the race at Talladega Superspeedway, as Ryan Selig will take over for Kapil Fletcher.

Selig had previously been serving in an organizational role with the Team Penske organization over the last few race weekends.

This season, Selig has also served as the Jack Man for Chandler Smith and the No. 38 Front Row Motorsports NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team and Jeremy Clements and the No. 51 Jeremy Clements Racing NASCAR Xfinity Series team.

While Blaney, currently sixth in NASCAR Cup Series points, and Smith, currently 24th, have had decent starts to the season, Team Penske will hope to get Blaney over the hump for his first win of the 2025 season with the pit crew change.
