Congratulations are in order for the Stenhouse family, as Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. and his wife Madyson Joye Stenhouse have officially welcomed their first child, Stetson Steele Stenhouse, into the world.

Ricky Stenhouse, Jr. confirmed the birth of the couple’s son on social media Friday, who weighed in at eight pounds seven ounces and measured 21 inches in length.

The post reads “Thank you, Jesus, for this wonderful blessing”.

Ricky and Madyson were married in Charleston, South Carolina on October 26, 2022.

Stenhouse competes full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series for JTG Daugherty Racing, piloting the No. 47 Chevrolet Camaro. Earlier this year, the Olive Branch, Mississippi-native signed a multi-year contract extension to remain with the organization.

The 36-year-old racer has three victories in the NASCAR Cup Series, as well as eight wins in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Those victories accompany a pair of championships in the Xfinity Series in 2011 and 2012.

Stenhouse also captured Rookie of The Year (ROTY) honors in both the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2010 and the NASCAR Cup Series in 2013. For the last 11 seasons, the driver has competed full-time at NASCAR’s top level.

This season, the No. 47 Chevrolet has been driven to a pair of top-five results and four top-10s, landing him 26th in NASCAR Cup Series points.

At Nashville Superspeedway last weekend, Stenhosue was on baby watch, with Anthony Alfredo tapped as the potential replacement driver, if needed. Alfredo will return solely to his Xfinity Series duties with Our Motorsports.
