The preliminary entry list for the Crayon 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway has been released, and listed are 36 different NASCAR Cup Series teams, all of which will start Sunday’s 301-lap contest.
William Byron, who scored a series-high fourth victory of the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series season last weekend at Atlanta Motor Speedway, is entered in Sunday’s event, as usual, where he’ll pilot the No. 24 Chevrolet Camaro with sponsorship from RaptorTough.com.
The majority of driver-team pairings on this weekend’s entry list are exactly what you would expect on a week-to-week basis, with the exception of the series’ usual rotisserie entries, which feature several drivers throughout the year.
Notable entries for the series’ annual trip to New Hampshire Motor Speedway include Ryan Newman (No. 15) and Cole Custer (No. 51), returning to the driver’s seat of Rick Ware Racing’s two full-time entries.
For the second straight weekend, BJ McLeod will return to the No. 78 Chevrolet Camaro for Live Fast Motorsports, coming off of a top-10 result at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Unlike last weekend’s event at Atlanta Motor Speedway, where Austin Hill returned to the series with Beard Motorsports, this weekend there are no open entries scheduled to take on the 1.058-mile facility.
