We’ve made it to the second day of the Martinsville Speedway tripleheader, with both the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR Xfinity Series scheduled to have on-track activity at the half-mile paperclip located in Virginia.

On Friday, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series completed their 200-lap contest from the historic short-track, where Christian Eckes, driver of the No. 19 Adaptive One Caliper Chevrolet Silverado for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing took the victory.

The NASCAR Xfinity Series also took to the racetrack on Friday, completing its practice and qualifying session ahead of Saturday’s DUDE Wipes 250. Brandon Jones captured the pole for that event, but will have to drop to the rear of the field due to a cracked brake rotor.

For Saturday, things won’t begin until the late afternoon, with the NASCAR Cup Series hitting the racetrack first with practice and qualifying at 4:30 PM ET, which will be shown on FOX Sports 2.

Then, once that’s complete, it’s time to race, with the NASCAR Xfinity Series DUDE Wipes 250 at Martinsville Speedway having its pre-race coverage at 7:00 PM ET, before we get ready to tackle the half-mile short track at 7:30 PM ET, all on FOX Sports 1.
