The severe nature of the crash led to speculation that perhaps Larson had suffered injuries in the crash. On Thursday, Larson posted a tweet which dispelled the rumors.
Had a bit of a tumble last night. Feeling surprisingly not too bad. That’s a huge thanks to @AraiAmericas, @SimpsonRacing Hybrid Pro and seat belts, @BUTLERBuilt, @Justin_insley King Chassis. Oh and my parents for making me drink lots of milk growing up. ??

Larson is a six-time race winner in the NASCAR Cup Series and had been having an incredible NASCAR off season on the dirt. Heading into Wednesday, Larson had won seven of eight starts on the dirt in his brand new Kyle Larson Racing dirt midget machine.
