Kyle Busch led 57 of 80 laps in Stage 2 and he was the absolute class of the field as he cruised to the Stage win.

This is Busch’s sixth Stage Win of 2019.

Busch’s Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Erik Jones was second in the Stage. Austin Dillon, who lost the alternator belt on his No. 3, car was third but will more than likely have to pit to change a battery. Joey Logano was fourth and Clint Bowyer finished the Stage in fifth.

Kyle Larson ended up sixth and Stage 1 winner Kurt Busch was seventh.

Ryan Blaney, Paul Menard and Aric Almirola rounded out the top-10 in Stage 2.

Daniel Hemric and Denny Hamlin had great races going but pit road penalties doomed them in Stage 2. Hemric’s jack got caught on the stop and was pulled just outside of the pit box when Hemric left.

That led to a stop and go penalty. Hemric ended the stage in 30th, two laps off the pace.

Hamlin received another uncontrolled tire penalty and finished the Stage in 22nd, one lap down.
