Inspection Complete: Joey Logano Officially Wins NASCAR All-Star Race

Joey Logano capped off a dominant performance in Sunday’s NASCAR All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway as he led 199 of the 200 laps in the event and crossed the finish line 0.636 seconds ahead of Denny Hamlin, the runner-up finisher.

Following the race, Logano’s race-winning No. 22 Shell Pennzoil Team Penske Ford Mustang Dark Horse passed post-race inspection. As a result, NASCAR declared Logano and his team the official winners of the race.

Logano and his team will pocket the $1-million bonus that is given to the winners of the All-Star Race.

No issues were detected in post-race inspection, which means all results following the race are now considered official.

Hamlin was the official runner-up finisher, while Chris Buescher, Kyle Larson, and Ryan Blaney rounded out the top-five finishers.
