The primary sponsorship partnership continues for Spire Motorsports, Corey LaJoie and RelaDyne as the company will feature their brands Drydene and DuraMAX on the No. 7 Chevrolet Camaro at Dover Motor Speedway on May 1st.
The race will have sponsorship from the company as well as the race will be known as the DuraMAX Drydene 400 Presented by RelaDyne.
The company is excited to partner with LaJoie for another season, as they and LaJoie forged a partnership together dating back to before the 30-year old had landed at Spire Motorsports.

For LaJoie, he’s just happy that RelaDyne, who announced their acquisition of Drydene back in September, feels the same commitment to him as the former owners of the Drydene brand did.
“When RelaDyne acquired Drydene, they were steadfast in their commitment to this space and I’m grateful that continues to include our program at Spire Motorsports,” explained LaJoie. “Drydene began supporting my career four years ago and the enthusiasm surrounding the program continues to grow. The same goes for RelaDyne’s support of Dover Motor Speedway. ‘The Monster Mile’ is one of my favorite race tracks. I won a race at Dover during my time in the old K&N Series so I already have a Monster trophy on the shelf. We’ll definitely be looking to rekindle some of that magic.”
Through eight races this season, LaJoie sits 30th in the NASCAR Cup Series driver standings. He scored his career-best finish of fifth at Atlanta Motor Speedway last month.
LaJoie’s crew chief Ryan Sparks is slated to return to the pit box this weekend after a four-race suspension following an unsecured tire flying off of their car back at Phoenix in March.
